    DAY 5

The following day, the council chamber seemed to be much quieter than usual. Unlike the last four meetings, the familiar quarreling of Knuckle and T1G was now absent, replaced instead with a stifling silence.
The council members glance around the room. It appears that Knuckle is still present, but at the moment, T1G's seat remains empty. A few minutes later, a guard rushes into the room. Breathlessly, he delivers a startling new report. T1G's body has been found in his bed chamber, a knife still lodged in his back.

He was Tyrion Lannister, The Imp, Town.

He had the ability to jail one target each night.

The recent death weighs heavily on the remaining members of the council. As the day passes, additional messengers rush into the chamber to deliver more disturbing news. Guards of the city watch are turning up missing everywhere. Bodies are being found in back alleys, and paranoia is spreading across the city. The High Septon has proclaimed that the Stranger, the god of death, the last of the Seven, is punishing those who have shunned the Faith. To those who listen to the whispers around the city, it is clear that an unseen enemy had infiltrated the city long ago, and the first stages of the assault were now being put into motion.

Back in the Red Keep, the five remaining council members eye one another suspiciously.

It feels as if the decision made regarding todays lynch will be pivotal in determining the fate of the Seven Kingdoms.

Day 5 begins now, and lasts indefinitely, until a lynch is reached. It takes 3 votes to lynch.

Day 5 Special Rules: Once a hammer vote has been placed on a lynchee, players will have a THREE HOUR WINDOW before the day ends to discuss the consensus reached, and decide if votes should be retracted to continue the discussion.

Okay so here is how this day will end.

only a couple of new posts have come in today.  T1g and Cirt, please either cast a vote, or acknowledge in this thread that you have chosen not to vote for this day phase.
Once both of you have posted (or one of you hammers) then the day will end, unless a lynch stalemate is reached that sparks an active discussion and people are overwhelmingly in favor of an extension.

As it stands, you guys have until tomorrow, i set it for 4 pm but i'll give you until i get home from work (6:00 pm ish).
if you feel you need a response from Teto and he isn't able to respond because of outside circumstances then i'll consider extending one extra day, but my preference as GM would be end it by tomorrow if possible, to keep the game moving.

    DAY 4

In the morning, the council reconvenes in the assembly chamber, half expecting to find another member missing. However, it appears that no kills were made last night. This is certainly an interesting development, and one that will surely be the topic of great debate during today's meeting.

Day 4 lasts until 8/12/2015, 4:00pm EST, or until a lynch is reached.
With 6 players remaining, It's 4 votes to lynch.

Chase stood before the council with a look of disbelief.
"You have to believe me!" yelled Chase. "I'm the Alignment Seer! I can confirm the Pheo is Town!"
Pheo, the most outspoken member of the council in favor of Chase's execution, took a step closer to him.
"Is that so? Well I'm a Vitality Seer. I can confirm that Chase is Dead."
Chase tried to protest, but found that he couldn't speak. He touched his hand to his throat, and watched his fingers turn bright red. Teto stood behind him, holding the blood spattered knife that he had used to slash Chase's throat moments before. He nodded at Pheo, and returned to his seat on the council, as Chase crumpled to the floor.
The remaining council members all reflected on the gravity of their decision. They all knew what Chases' last words word have been.
    The North Remembers.
In the end though, It seems that trust and honesty have little use in the game of thrones, besides inviting a knife to the back.

Chase was Eddard Stark, Head of House Stark, Town
    .
He could check the alignment of other players.

Night Three starts now. Get those night actions in

Great entry Teto. I personally have found great inspiration in these words and am trying to put the past behind me. Tired of the monetany of that my life has become, I've decided to pack up all of my things, move away from the norm, and start a new adventure. Could you perhaps spare a little money to help me make this dream a reality? Even a small amount to pay for fuel costs for the journey would really go a long way.

Yeah it felt like the game went by way too quickly. There were actually times that I would force myself to slow down playing the game, because I wanted to savor it and knew almost immediately that it would take a lot less time than the first one.

The extra 120 green stars was a nice touch though.

Plus, I think that if you get them all, you actually get a real reward. Like a new level or something. I never made it that far. But it was much better motivation than the first game to go the extra mile.

My point about the hub thing really comes down to me wishing they did more with the Hub in the first Super Mario Galaxy. We've seen them create interesting hubs in the two previous games, so this was a bit of a let down. It was kind of like they felt obligated to put one in, but their heart was not in it. So when they straight up cut it in Galaxy 2, i didn't miss it that much. But having one to explore is always preferable to not having one.

Galaxy 2 was great. Given its one of my all time favorite games, might as well throw in my thoughts/opinions as well:

The whole switching the the hub world for a level selection screen was one of the few gripes I had with the game. I've taken issue with Nintendo's recent pattern of cutting the 'open exploration' out of games for a more stream lined,on rails experience, like we've seen in Zelda, Paper Mario, and in Galaxy. Generally I think this trend axes out the fun and replayability of a game. However, out these three franchises, I think that Galaxy was hurt the least by its loss of a hub world and open world levels.

With Galaxy, it was more about cutting out the fat, and focusing on what truly made the first Mario Galaxy so much fun to play. I thought the open world exploration/collection quests and hub world in Galaxy 1 felt a little half assed, as if to say, "We know that Mario 64 and Sunshine were open ended and the Hub Worlds were full of places to explore, but we got tired of making those, so here's a shitty space station with some rooms. Go crazy."  I also thought that, the open world levels, such as the Bee level, were a little boring, and devoid of any real secrets to find.

Mario Galaxy 1 was at its best when it was on rails. It never had the free do-what-you-want feeling that Super Mario 64 had, but it had some crazy platforming and great mechanics that will be incredibly hard to top. Galaxy 2 essentially just narrowed its focus on these parts of the first Galaxy, and it worked. The consequence of this was that these parts generally take a lot less time than wandering around aimlessy doing whatever you want, so thats why its so much easier to blow through 50 to 60 stars in a day.

Still, a hub world would have been cool. Or even a hub galaxy, approximately the size of the average level, with new parts of it unlocking as you gathered new stars, and lots of secrets to find within it. Wouldn't have been much more work than just cutting out one of the original levels and replacing the pointless spaceship rock thing with it. But thats just me. Other than that, not too much left to be desired.

Also, the music alone is a game changer. Sometimes I would go back into certain levels that I had already beaten just to here the music again.
