    Yeah it was, but nothing was too ground breaking. Like the PS3 now has glowing ping pong balls, and xbox has a camera for motionsensing. and Wii has Wii Motion Plus now. There needed to be something more that would have put nintendo at the top. And Wii Vitality sounds just dumb to me >.> I thought it was a joke at first.

    So the day of the press conference I managed to let my teacher drop the blocks on my account to see the nintendo one. Well Now I want to :wrist: It was not worth it. Seriously nintendo you can do better! Like Just a zelda picture would have been better. A heart monitor is not what a good console makes.

    2009 should be the year of the wii, with the conduit, the announcement of Deadspace Extraction, and The Grinder, the wii is getting hit with mature games finally! Yays!

    It wont be long until we'll have games where you can do full body movements with the use of a suit.

    yes but that will take alot of memory and alot of space for a console to do. to have a game like that you need to program stuff in like how it will respond to your different movements and how to read where you go and all. It will probably be a while before any console has full VR gaming like that.

    I liked pokemon. I think the Anime kind of ruined it though. The games are still pretty good though.

    Im starting to think Nintendo should either stop with the console making and just focus on the Handheld gaming, as they have a more revolutionary Hand held which is the most popular in the world, or create a hard core console to appeal to all sides of the market again.

    If nintendo released a hard core gamer console with great graphics, motion controls, and say a Xbox live like system they would get ahead so fast. I would love it if microsoft and nintendo got together to make a console like that.

    Don't be sexist, Muff. I've seen female gamers own hardcore gamers plenty of times.

    Also, Nintendo's focusing on DS currently. The DSi is coming out and most of their harecore game designers are making DS games. Plus, all the big new hardcore games have graphics that the Wii probably couldn't handle.

    Becuase no one wants to use custom wii engines to make wii only games lately. They take the Unreal engine, or the CoD 4 engin and tone it down and throw it in the wii. Take a ferarri engin and throw it inter a buggie, it still will look like a buggie. same issue for the wii.

    I think we should blame this on women. You never saw a woman playing a video game years ago. Now, you see them all just because of Pokemon and Kingdom Hearts. Now, they're making them easier so women can solve puzzles and beat enemies that take one hit or boss battles that take less than a half an hour to kill underleveled. puppy, women.

    Dont blame it on ALL women. I know a few who could take on ganon with only one heart and win. :P But yea they need to return to the roots of their success, and improve the graphics.

    Lately gamers are starting to get impatient with Nintendo. Mostly due to the wii. The novelty has worn off for most. The Wii has the best motionsensing out of every other system. But lately it has gone bad. yes we have motionsensing but what else? Nintendo decided to skip on graphics, and just focus on new casual gamers. Which is good to start. But nintendo forgot about us, the hardcore group. They made a fatal blow, casual gamers become hard core and they loose stuff. Nintendo is playing the role of the idiotic console maker who creats novolty toys now. Its ticking me off.

    Edit: Just so I dont get attacked or anything (Incase someone is offended) I have been a nintendo fan since literally birth, I have been playing nintendo consols since before I was a month old. So yeah i am a 15 year long nintendo fan.
