New PV for the Danganronpa 3 anime is out, I highly recommend not watching the PV if you haven't played Danganronpa 1 and 2, it visually spoils so much of the games.

I need to get on that, I've watched the first season and loved it, only seen a bit of the second.

I think the Danganronpa universe is super interesting and that the games have some great world building. I kind of like DR 1 and 2 equally myself, I agree that DRAE is the weakest, I think pretty much everyone does, but I've enjoyed it so far. I actually still have to beat it, I stopped playing it a little over a week ago even though I was at the start of the final chapter. Very excited for the upcoming anime and game. It kind of sucks that even though we'll be able to watch the anime this year, NISA probably won't have V3 out until next year.
 

What's everyone watching this season? I'm watching Active Raid, Boku Dake ga Inai Machi, Bubuki Buranki, and Dimension W
Boku Dake ga Inai Machi is my favorite of the season so far, it's a time travel story and even though there's only been two episodes, it seems like it's going in an interesting direction so far, the OP is quite nice too. I'll probably end up reading the manga since the anime will either not cover everything or have an original ending since it's only 12 episodes and the manga is ongoing.
Dimension W's first episode was pretty decent, the whole concept of a dimension W and how the anime explains it is kind of silly and unrealistic, but the world seems interesting enough and I like the character designs.
Active Raid is pretty good so far, there's not much to the plot at this point besides there being a different criminal(s) the characters deal with each episode, but I'm sure that will change, also, the main character's random engrish is funny stuff
Bubuki Buranki's first episode was ok, outside of the backgrounds, it's entirely CG and it looks better than the average CG anime in my opinion, if you saw some stills of it you might not even be able to tell it's CG, the character designs are by the same person who designed the characters for Fire Emblem Awakening and Fates, way too early to tell if it's good or not.
I might end up watching Assassination Classroom Season 2 after I finish Season 1.

I picked up Danganronpa Another Episode: Ultra Despair Girls for $24 from last weekend's PSN flashsale and Tokyo Twilight Ghost Hunters for $10 from this week's PSN sales, playing Danganronpa: AE first, enjoying it quite a bit

I'm not sure I want this, not a huge fan of the CG, but I'll still try to watch it just to give it a chance, this scene in the PV actually looks like it comes from a very early chapter in the first volume of the manga, I could be mistaken though

Psychonauts is one of my favorite games of all time so I am pretty hyped for this, the reveal teaser was great and was pretty much the only thing the TGAs were worth watching for.
Not a huge fan that it's crowdfunding though, but it's already met almost 20% of it's goal day 1 as of this writing, and I believe it will be funded. The pricing is kind of dumb to me though, I see no reason that the console version should cost $18 more than the PC version even with the reasoning they've provided in the FAQ, most of the time with these things it's either the same price or less than $10 more. I've always preferred physical copies so spending over $50 on a digital version is ehhhh.
That being said though, I still backed it, I might cancel it though just because I'm somewhat certain it will be funded and if it gets a physical release on consoles when it releases in 2018, I'd much rather have that.

Yeah I just heard about that, so exicted, the look of Aku there seems to be based on the Genndy cover of Issue 5 of the comic book, which, if you haven't read it, is totally worth the read.

Also you should really watch the cartoon Teto, it's fantastic

I like how a lot of people online think that Akihiro in the new Gundam show looks like Guts from Berserk, though I think people were thinking this from when the first pictures of him were released online, I know I was anyway. First episode was pretty good, the characters we've seen so far are all pretty likable, and mecha animated without the use of CG is always nice. It's off to a good start.
 

The Dark Souls 3 Network test is available on the PS4 PSN store for PS Plus members in North America today, apparently there were applications for it up on the site before but I never saw them, so it's nice that it's available to all PS Plus members.
It seems like the dates and times will be the same as the ones Muffin posted above, but from 8 pm - 11 pm PDT instead of JST

Metal Gear Online 3 launched today on consoles, it's pretty fun. There's only 3 modes but they seem pretty varied so far.
A really neat feature of it is that you can choose music from almost every Metal Gear game to play in the background, it's really cool on the modes where you have to be sneaky where there's a song for sneaking and a song for being encountered.
I also want to say that it seems like they put a lot of thought into the maps, they have nice layouts.
