No, it's okay, they do suck. Don't worry about that part too much. You were also really excited (it seems) so, like, don't worry about making a big deal over it or not. Pheo and T1G basically parade around covered head to toe in like Tom Waits and Berserk, and JoJo respectively. Probably not too good to get that bad... hmmm...
 
Though, it's pretty bad if pheo's predicting your actions. Next time, try to talk about other things too, okay?

So I was cleaning my room today and then, I found the letter Pheo sent me with the whale that I promised to scan and upload ages ago in my wardrobe, no idea how or why it ended up in there but oh well. pheo really wants me to actually upload the letter, and I don't have a scanner, so enjoy this painstakingly typed up version instead! it's probably not worth the five month wait and bumping of old dead threads!

One last thing I have to say about this whale: I've used it nearly every night as a second pillow for the past five months. She now has a noticeable dent on her head as a result. And still hasn't got a name! oh well, are you happy pheo the whole world can now read this silly letter lol

So, today when I got back from an awful shift at work, a strange surprise was waiting for me at home. A bizarre package. There were so many ways in which it was bizarre. I didn't understand anything about what it was and why it was here. Let's look at it together:
 



 



 
Like I said, bizarre? Ignoring the fact that... someone... already attempted to open it, let's just count the ways it's bizarre:
Sadly my name isn't Sprinkles MacLollipop. It's only a lame, ugly name like Cascade. Someone must have confused me for their much sweeter friend. shame it IS a cute name I have never heard of a place called "Dekalb, Illinois". Where is that exactly? Nobody in all my interpersonal relationships lives or has travelled to such a place? Same with "USA". Isn't Stirling the only place around? This is just dumbfounding everything I have ever known. The sender/post office seriously have puppyed up here. Who on earth would have a name like "Ben Christianson"? Well lemme tell ya it ain't somebody I'd WILLINGLY associate with. Nor would anyone here be given such a terrible name. Again, what the puppy? Does this package say there's a stuffed toy in there? Did a five year old send this? I'm way too old for this stuff gosh. How did the sender manage to confuse their friend with me? ...How did he know my address? I would NEVER give out such personal information to STRANGERS. Clearly a dangerous person.  
Anyways, enough rambling. Since I don't know any Bens from imaginary places, I can't really send it back to them. And there ain't any Sprinkles around here, so delivering it to them is also out of the question. So, all I can do is open it and find out what the horrors lurking in it are, right? You're still with me, right? Good.

I just spent all morning moving out of my final living arrangement of my college years. It's a little bittersweet, but my life is a bit of a whirlwind right now with my last online class wrapping up and suddenly getting news that I will in fact be teaching part time at my old high school. It's been a rollercoaster of good news and bad news in that department, but it's finally looking like it's gonna work out! So all my furniture just left my apartment to go home, and then I'm settling in back home in the next few weeks, starting the new job and tying up some loose ends. 
 
I'm stressed out as hell and I'm a bit sad that I can't get drunk every night because I've been doing that for the past 3 weeks but eh, life is finally moving again for me. I will be really sad to leave my college town though, I've spent a while dreading the move especially since I've been dating someone new here that I really like and my hometown, which is literally suburbia, is rather dull. My brother is taking the bar exam next week to be all lawyer-y, but he doesn't have a job yet, so he's also moving home. My parents and my brother and I will be living together again for the first time since 2006 and it's gonna be really, really weird.

He's ordered a Russian bride I think.

And I got some new glasses frames the other day.

I look terrifyingly similar to my Mom, now.

it's been a while so umm here's the day I walked for my college graduation, even though I'm still technically taking classes
 

My dad is back from the hospital and is, at the moment, doing well

im so excited for the new Planet of the Apes movie. Im such a fan of the franchise! Ive seen all 5 of the original movies, and im downloading the first TV series too. Time travel stories are jux so fun! A lot of people hate on Tim Burton's 2001 remake due to the ending, but from what i understand, its pretty close to the original novel. And, of course, I loved Rise of the Planet of the Apes, the 2011 reboot with James Franco, even if this new series seems to get rid of all time traveling elements. So yeah, pretty excited for this new movie.
