I have not played some of these games but i know that u fight ganondorf:

1)OOT Ganondorf

2)WW Ganondorf

3)TP Ganondorf

4)Four Swords Ganondorf

5)LOZ Ganondorf

6)LTTP Ganondorf

I like Oot ganon, but sinse I have yet to finish tp (because I haven't played in 8 days *gasp gasp* lmao, just been so busy XD I plan to play it tomarrow )

I just love hows hes easy and fun, both ganondorff and piggy-ganon =D

I've never really played alot of Zelda games, but I really loved OoT Ganandorf + Ganon fight, and

I'm sure Twilight Princess's Ganandorf fight will be just as amazing, I'm so hppy they mentioned him in that game!

I didnt think of it at first, but now that you mention Gannondorf Battles, I actually quite liked the OOT battle in the forest temple, against the phantom gannon, that battle was pretty fun IMO. though my favourite battle would have to be... OOT. (I havnt played WW )

I really liked the WW Gannondorf batlle... I played WW after TP and OOT, so it was refreshing to see a differerent look to him.
