If we're going through with this, we could have something like the Hylian Mercenaries(a name for the good guys serving Hyrule. Something different than Mercenaries might be better), and a Hylian Resistance, and have an ongoing fight between these two. That might be a bit cooler than just Power, Wisdom and Courage, especially since the Wisdom clan would be apparently split between fighting for Power or Courage. Mini clans could hire themselves out as mercenaries(hence the reason why the good guys something better than Hylian Mercenaries). It also might have role-playing potential.
Just an idea to consider.
