As leader, you need to be active.
And do a little job on your Clan wouldn't hurt. (like build things for your Clan or something. Make a logo, those stuff. )
And, need to accept members that join your Clan withing a small amount of time. If you can't. (Vacation etc.) Make some one else you trust a temporally Leader or such.

you may notice the current future homes for the new clans/teams when the leaders are chosen they will join the clan and then they will be made leader just clarifying this so that no one thinks I will be leader for all 3 I just wanted to set them up.
