I must go with the big skelleton guy you had to defeat with the spinner (forgot the name, srry ), they could make hte second part of the battle more challenging by adding the same obstacles that knock you down on the outer wall too. But other than that it was a rather sweet battle

Ganondorf horseback is also nice but again waaay to easy....

His name is Twilit Fossil Stallord.

And I loved all the Ganondorf battles, because each one had its epic moments. Like when Midna said "Evil beast vs. Sacred Beast". Man, that sounded so cool!

In the horseback battle it was awsome to chase Ganondorf all around Hyrule field.

But my favorite is the swordfighting battle. So damn epic! I loved the chance moments.
