Many legends say what happened when King Arthur was alive, but almost none say what happened after he passed away.

But this tells you what really happened.

After King Arthur died, they had a immediate Ceremony to honor him. it lasted several days, but after they buried King Arther, Sir Lancelot and Sir Percival realized that since King Arthur was no longer wielding the Excalibur, many people would come to try and take it. So after they Ceremony, They planned to place Excalibur back into the stone in which King Arthur pulled it from when he was a child. but, the day they were to re-insert it, they could not find they sword, even though the spent their time in a locked rooms, taking turns to sleep while watching the sword. Excalibur was gone. Mordred made a huge accusation against them. though some people say that Sir Lancelot and Sir Percival would do nothing bad of the sword, many said that they probably sold it for a high price to a enemy. they had them burned, and that was the End of Sir Lancelot and Sir Percival.

To this day, four years later, no one still doesn't know what happened to the famous sword, though many have tried searching for it. Some claim that a giant stole it, and uses it as a toothpick. some say that a dragon claimed it, and is hiding it in its hoard. but the most famous fable is that, Mordred stole it, and blamed the two Knights. This Rumor was thought by many, especially because since Sir Lancelot and Sir Percival were burned, Mordred was not seen again.

People still search for the sword, knights and peasants alike, but all of them have turned out unsuccessful, though one man, forged a fake look alike of Excalibur, and made people think it was real, it only stayed that way for several weeks when they asked him to demonstrate its power in a duel. So a question remains, will anyone ever find the sword of King Arthur? Take the role of one of these searchers, and try to find the Fabled sword.
