Latest "Iwata Asks" Discusses Handheld Zeldas

One of [i]The Legend of Zelda[/i]'s best features was it's "second quest," which featured tougher enemies and different dungeon layouts. But did you know that it was born from an accident during the game's development?

That is but one of the topics discussed in the latest Iwata Asks, which mainly covered the history of Zelda on Nintendo's handheld consoles and some neat bonuses, such as the mentioned factoid.

The most recent Iwata Asks featurette covered the history of the Zelda handheld games, and as a bonus, included some talk about the original [i]Legend of Zelda[/i]'s development. Included were a few early concept sketches created back in 1985 by Shigeru Miyamoto and Takashi Tezuka, which detail the game's evolution from concept to reality.

Nagako also mentioned that the game's second quest was made after an accident in the game's development.

Yes there is.
You can immeditely go to it if you enter your name Zelda.
I never finished Zelda 1, still need 2 more pieces.
