Marty held jennifer close and as the time locomotive activated they both took a step back. "So Doc, where you goin' Back to the future?" Marty asked

Doc Brown shook his head. "Nope already been there." As the massive drive wheels of the train began to spin it lifted off the ground and made it's way skyward.

Far below young Tommy Payne looked up in wonderment at the trainflying across the sky.

"Daddy look a train." he said pointing to the sky.

"Where buddy?" Henry Payne asked his imaginitive five year old.

Tommy watched as the train began to crackle with a strange energy and then vanish leaving a pair of fire trails wafting in it's wake. "It's gone daddy looks like a temporal shift." Tommy said

Henry shook his head. "That's my boy, always using such big words."

August 20th 2006

It was a warm and beautiful summer day for Dr. Thomas Payne. He pressed the snooze button on his alarm clock kissed his sleeping beauty of a wife Jane on the cheek and rubbed her stomach saying goodbye to his unborn son James.
