They say that "90% of all video games start with easy Tutorial level"

Fallout 2,the Tutorial is In-human!

I even put the lowest difficulty on!

PLZ HELP!

tbh I hate Fallout 1 and Fallout 2. Fallout Tactics is ok.

I love the 3rd! I have all the Dlcs,highest lvl possible,and beat it 4 times!
