I'm not sure if you can get it on the wii, and AIM is AOL Instant Messenger. I have it.

Aim/AOL is an instant messenger.

Also a couple more are:

Skype (Voice/IM/Video Chat)

MSN/Windows Live Messenger (Voice/IM/Video Chat)

Digsby (Basically all the Instant Messengers in one. I has AIM/MSN/etc built in.)

Pidgin (Same as Digsby)
