apparently, Nintendo had some leftovers in the game, including a fully installed arwing with AI, that gameshark dudes picked up and put the arwing cheat on

Its is possible to get an Arwing in Ocarina of Time with a gameshark. I just got one and Im going to try it to see if it works.
