Shout out to Nintendo for not selling the Wii-U gamepad on it's own, leaving me with a system rendered unplayable because of a fucked up touchscreen.

Well it's your lucky day. I heard that Nintendo is starting to sell Wii U gamepads in Japan. So eventually.

Keyword is eventually. Hell, I've waited for like a year, a can wait some more. It just irks me since the touchscreen is the only thing that's broken, and even then it's only the outer part of the screen. It displays everything just fine, but one of my brothers must have dropped it on the corner of a table or something and dented it and it hasn't worked since.

I just want to play Splatoon goddammit.

Oh man. I know that feeling, brother. You spend all your time saving up for a beautiful angelic new piece of hardware, and then right when you're about to play with it, something craps out on you and you have to wait another week. It's so, so painful. I'm here if you need anything EDA. Just remember all of us love you and are willing to do anything we can to help you through this trying time.

PS not sarcasm I know it sucks lol

Call the Phone Number on the back of the gamepad or go through the online repair request http://www.nintendo.com/consumer/repair/repair_redirect.jsp?sys=wiiu&lang=en&sym=PHYSDAMG

I prefer to call you Sinky or _17chan thanks, who are both cool in my book.

That would be an insult. Just call support for Christ's sake.

Even though it's out of warranty, does not mean they can't or won't help you.

Sometimes they can repair the controller for a cost. Or maybe because you can't just buy the gamepad they'll replace/fix it anyways.
