Jesus. You have no idea how pissed I am at every biting bug creepin and flying their way around my area.

Spring has only been here for a month or two and my bite count already surpassed 30

it is ridiculous

yesterday I sat down at lunch in the cafeteria and BAM. bite on my arm. how does that even happen

I'm used to getting eaten, so I didn't think much of it UNTIL IT SWELLED UP INTO A RING THE SIZE OF MY FIST

and now a vein going up my arm from that has also begun to turn red/swell

I walked into the nurse's office after school and she said I should see my doctor immediately or go to the ER

/now I'm waiting for my ride

has anyone else been plagued this terrible predicament of blood feasting parasites?

Over here in Northern Scotland, we get midges. They are awful. If you go a little farther west to the peatbogs, if it's wet, you can have your face covered in them.

Is as bad as it gets where I am.

You should probably get that bite checked out though.

Oh wait, after reading the rest of the post, you're totally going to the ER.

I'm sorry. I hope your arm gets better :)

Bugs are annoying. I scream when one touches me XD

I shake off flies if they're on me, smack off spiders if they're on me and if a wasp is buzzing around my head, I'm delighted.

Sounds more like the bubonic plague then a bug bite :/

Shoot now I have the ring around the rosey stuck in my head

oh god Silves that's disgusting XD

SO I WENT TO THE DOCTOR

and he drew around it

and prescribed some meds in case it's an infection

when I can find where I put my bug spray

I'll be coated 24/7

Once when I was in middle school I sprayed my whole room top to bottom and almost passed out

First thing to pop in my head that is not black plague related after I saw your pic was "Why did the docter draw sperm on you?'

Sorry

But for serious now

You should not take that drawing off for about a week to keep as a reference in case it spreads because it still could be the plague since it usauly starts looking like a bug bite then a rash that is circular (and in some cases vains up the arm) then a black ring would apear around it (ring around the rosey)

You think you're clever for 'knowing' that the rhyme is from the plague times.

But it's not.

No, I just stated that thinking of the black plague always reminded me of that song and got it stuck in my head and I still do for that fact

It is still around and people still get it

But it is rare and is quite curable now so don't worry

I am just worried because Doctors are never very sure about it and won't diagonoise it until it starts to grow even under meditcations

And if you don't notice the growth it could become serious
