So I use our family pc because my pc is f***ed up. And my dad, that pays for the pc but does not buy any virus programs and I have asked him to install AVG but he does not listen to me. So for some months ago the pc got a virus and I havent be able to post.

Talk about clueless; you've got to have some virus protection! You could download and install the free version of AVG, or maybe Avast! Antivirus, yourself. Like a ninja.

Why get AVG when you can get Avast! Home Edition for freeeeeeee. Although, they both seem to be pretty good virus protection programs.

Why not NoScript and AdBlock Plus on FireFox too? Those are truly all you should need to atleast keep it safe.

Our pc died once, and our family friend who managed to revive it long enough to get the shit off the harddrive said that paid antivirus programs are generally bullshit and free ones work just as good or better.
