Sonic is supposed to be about being fast paced.

They stopped you in the middle of gameplay to turn you into a big slow thing.

When you say Sonic games do you mean games where you play as Sonic or can it be another character. Because I think they got bad after Shadow the Hedgehog. Then I heard that Sonic 360 wasn't that bad, but I haven't really played. Sonic Heroes was a pretty good game too.
