My dad took us to a 4th of july party at one of his friends house

a bunch of people were drinking

suddenly people were moving to the garage and I mis-heard someone and thought there was a dog giving birth so I went to see

But instead there was a fight and I overheard that it was over $30 and thought that was a really stupid reason so hoping that there was a better reason for throwing punches I stayed to see...

The people who come to start the fight started leaving and a dude was sitting in the windowsill of the car...while it was moving....and a drunk man behind the wheel

The car back into a old wooden gate (this was the only way out too) and the dude sitting on the car window flew out from the impact into the wooden gate

The man who drove the car is considered the murderer

This...is why I will never have a drop of alcohol in my system

I think it'd qualify for manslaughter at least, maybe a lesser degree of murder. But I wouldn't know because I wasn't there.

If its any help, a baby is born in every three. So maybe a couple were born while you were reading this.

Of course, those babies could also die as they're being born, or be born dead, and fit into both categories at the same time.
