CHINESE RESTURANTS!

So on my vacation/holyday we was on a chinese resturant very often (maybe because it was a buffet resturant ) but anyways, it was name "Slow Boat" and there was plenty more chinese resturants with that name.

So can anyone help me and say WTF it means!!??

It probably doesn't have a meaning. It's just the name of chain of restaurants.

The name comes from the expression "slow boat to China," so I guess every Chinese restaurant in that area just thought the name was creative.

It might also be a chain, not just a bunch of restaurants with the same name.

I've never heard that one before. I've seen plenty of "Panda Garden", "Golden Palace", and "Imperial Garden" buffets, though.
