After taking the villain out and declining an invite to join the JLU, Terry leaves. Meanwhile the mystery man pays a visit to an elderly man named Phil and after tasering him attacks him with two knives to send Batman a message.

Back at the Cave Terry comes upon Bruce tinkering with something in a closed off section of the cave. After being stonewalled to what it is A call of a muder draws Bruce's attention a man named Philip Cobb is dead. In his prime Cobb was a Batman villain named Signalman. Upon reaching the scene they find many mentions to the number 2 which seems to implicate Harvey "Two-Face" Dent who died long before.
