A Link to the past and Crusader of Centy Crossover

This is a work in progress.

I am working on a (PG-13) Crossover between Zelda: A link to the past, and Crusader of Centy, also known as Soliel in parts of Europe. For those that don't know, Crusader of Centy was the "Zelda 3" solution for those who did not get a Super Nintendo, but rather the Sega Genesis instead. (It was an excellent Action RPG and comes highly recommended. Considering this is a work in progress, I need an 'editor' who is competent in Zelda lore to help maintain the continuity between Zelda: A link to the Past/Triforce of the Gods, Zelda: The Ancient Stone tablets, ALttP's Bandai Satellaview Japan only sequel, and Crusader of Centy for the Sega Genesis.

So let me give you a quick summary as to the plot of Crusader of Centy, and then I will go into the plot for my crossover.

From the Intro:

Creatures who wandered this world were later called "monsters" by humans. They were feared by everyone... No one knows where, when, or how these creatures came to be. Have they been here since the start of humanity?... Or were they here since the start of time?... Who's to say... Time Passes... One day, there was a change in the world. A great beam of light struck the earth and diffused through the darkness... Filling the earthwith light and density... Most of the "monsters" had no resistance to light and quickly perished.... A seemingly endless period of time passed... Humanity had evolved and dominated the earth's surface... But... Monster did not becomeextinct. They hid underground and increased their numbers, as if they were waiting for the moment of restoration... Our story begins, when the monster reappear, and the inevitable conflict between man and monster ensues...Okay that was a little Engrish.

When the creator of the world of Soliel initially created the world, monsters from the underworld crossed through a gate connecting the Soliel 'Underworld' (Dark World) with the Light world. There is this large stone gate thing underneath a lake in a series of Catacombs. It is usually sealed by Spirit energy placed there by the Creator god of Soliel. But the monster that are in Light Soliel don't actually want to be there, because Humans have been slaughtering them for centuries because of the Crusade of History. They can't open the gate themselves. If they remain in the catacombs they will starve. The monsters were ecological invaders. They and the Humans competed in an ecosystem that couldn't support both. normally they'd eat livestock - but often they'd eat Humans too.

Conversely, Humans would organize big hunts and kill shitloads of them too. Humans have executed monsters in temples to please the creator. But this really didn't please the creator.

The creator of the world of Soliel got into a dispute with his wife the goddess of Peace and Understanding over the endless Crusade of History. and condemned her to live as an immortal Human in the town of Iris.

The story centers on Corona, a boy who has just turned 14 years of age. It is time for him to inherit his father's sword and fight the "monsters" that threaten the human race's very existence. Corona was raised by his mother. His father died during one of the Crusades. Corona begins his journey when he is given a sword that belonged to his father before he died. Corona however, is given the ability to speak to animals and monsters by the Goddess of Peace and understanding who masquerades as a fortune teller while visiting 'The Plaza' during a fair.

In an effort to resolve the endless wars, Humans construct the Tower of Babel, and wish to visit the Creator's Palace of Peace to resolve the issue. This only served to anger the creator, and the creator stripped all Humans of the ability to speak to each other including Corona. During this journey Corona reaches the Palace of peace and negotitates a resolution with the creator. The creator sends Corona back into the past at certain periods to witness key events in history. He witnesses executions of monsters who committed no crimes other than being monsters in Temples. He travels further back in time and slays the Mother monster, a monster that many monsters spawn from. and then travels back to the original point where Monsters entered into this world and finds the Soliel gate. He uses the severed horn of mother Monster to convice the younger mother monster to let him attempt to unseal the gate to the Soliel dark world, and return Mother Monster and her children back.

Corona returns to his present day in an alternate time line where his father never died in the wars, and the temples all have the creator and his goddess wife together.

So, thats Crusader of Centy in a nutshell.

Now begins my Crossover content.

---

4 years into the future Corona begins having visions of the gate in the catacombs under the lake. The gate does appear as if it had been tampered with. As he stepped to reseal the gate, the gate was flung open, and he was pulled through. Corona awoke in an unfamiliar land. He stood up and made his way forward. If this was the underworld of Soliel, it certainly didn't look it. So he makes his way to a village, and then he asks where he can have communion with the creator. They think that he's talking about the three golden Goddesses. Because he doesn't know where he is, or why the Soliel Creator would send him here.

So they send him to Hyrule castle. Where initially they think he's a stark raving lunatic. Everyone gets frustrated, he makes the mistake of being threatening to Zelda, and Zelda has him arrested and thrown in the castle Dungeon. So Link is summoned from his cottage to question Corona. neither of him think he's lying. but, they don't entirely believe him. Link thinks this guy he calls the creator is Ganon. or that he has been brainwashed to think all this crazy nonsense is true.

This is where things start getting a little Hazy, as I am not sure what the next best course of action is.

One thing that makes Link Suspicious of Corona's motives is that he says the gate to the Soliel underworld was sealed around 4 years ago, at this point, Link says he defeated Ganon close to 4 years ago.

Zelda brings something up. with all the wars, and the magic that makes Humans unable to speak. Causing an entire world to not be able to communicate is beyond Ganon's power (Is that a good assumption to make? Is that exceeding Ganon's abilities?)

A few days later, Sashrala the sage alerts Link that something immensely powerful is coming through the gate, and he says its heading for the Castle at amazing speed. This is Soliel god in person.

He demands to see Corona, and Link and Zelda escort Corona to Soliel god to turn him over. Corona has never seen his creator face to face like this. He's in shock. Link and Zelda however, think they are either looking at an immensely powerful Demon, or a minion of Ganon in disguise. (Would Farore, Din, and Nayru intervein at the presence of an 'Alien' god?)

The Soliel god explains that he was not sent here by mistake. There was an attempt to breach Soliel's gate from here. Corona's task was to discover the cause of the breach and eliminate it with extreme prejudice. Predictably, it is discovered Ganon of course was interested in conquering the world of Soliel. This infuriated the Soliel god. (not sure how to do this. but, I wanted Ganon to project himself into the room, that apparently something happened to unseal Ganon. Ganon says something stupid, This draws the ire of Soliel god, and the Soliel god wants him executed, and commands his loyal crusader Corona to go carry out the sentence. )

(Now, I haven't planned all this out, but I wanted a a diplomatic mission to occur between the King Raffesia (from Soliel) and the King of Hyrule. I wanted there to be an brutal campaign of the Soliel army lead by General Amon from Crusader of Centy Timeline A into the dark world, but I am concerned about the effects of the Dark world turning anyone who doesn't have the Moon pearl into animals. How might Soliel god protect his armies from the influence of the Dark Hyrule?

Link upon seeing the bloodshed in the dark Hyrule has second thoughts about Soliel god. He is concerned that if Corona destroys Ganon somehow, Soliel god will win converts of Hylians who turn their backs on the three golden goddesses, and the Golden power of the Triforce, in favor of Soliel god and his wife. This further troubles him when he sees the level of brutal and merciless bloodshed the Soliel armies of Crusaders inflict on Ganon's forces.

I'm not sure how to resolve this crossover yet, so I'm looking for someone educated enough about Zelda lore to handle a story this complex.
