Conspiracy: Brian Cross is a Paranoid Recluse who believes he is at the center of a massive Government Conspiracy. When a kind Elderly neighbor dies the Police rule it Natural Causes but Brian thinks she has become a Victim of the plot against him. Braving the outside Brian launches his own investigation and finds out what appeared to be Natural Causes is indeed Murder. With his life in Danger he calls upon Police Detective Maria Ortiz and the unofficial partners take down the Murders. In the Aftermath Ortiz befriends Brian and says that with his tenacity and Unconventional skills he'd make a good Detective.
