We're students from University of York in the UK who are hosting a multi-day internet webcast Legend of Zelda gaming marathon to raise funds for local charity York Against Cancer. Viewers will have the opportunity to connect and interact with the team directly through the live chat room, as well as social networks such as Facebook and Twitter. After 126 hours, our Zelda gaming charity marathon ended at 2.30am last night. We managed to reach our goal and raise over $1000 for York Against Cancer. Hope viewers had fun watching and thanks to everyone who made this possible and let us have this wonderful experience. Also thanks to everyone who donated and helped out during the marathon and maybe one day we'll do this again!
