Anyway yeah, he made a video in after effects, which was the animated photograph of himself when he was little, which you'll have seen what he made.

Then he says, after he plays it back:

 

"What do you reckon? Out of order? Is it out of order? See, I can't tell. Technically, I'm really happ with it, technically, and I'm trying to be funny, it's meant to be a puppyin joke, but you know, I thought to myself, "Oh, I don't know about this one. You know, this is.. that's maybe out of order." And I'm like, just thinking to myself "How?" Well, because I've gone up to this wee boy, like eyeing him up like a puppyin pedo, you're playing this dirty music in the background going like that: "Do it to me slowly~" And you've got him like bobbing up and down like he's like "How about it stud?" You know, this could count as pseudo-porn to some people. You know, I can't make my mind up, is it out of order, because on the one hand: Yes, I'm making this 8 year old boy look like a puppying cock-tease. But on the other hand: the boy's me. If I hated you would I have gone to the trouble to listen to and write down all the video from like halfway through? I'm not having a go at you here, this is just my sense of humour. Here it was a bit scathing I admit. I was having a joke around, but I can see that you weren't really having it, yet I persisted in a way that seemed to force you into a corner. So I'm sorry for that.

Refusing to understand "wut" and then transcribing a guy's nearly incomprehensible monologue.

If it wasn't your intention, then I feel weird. But I do think that it's unironically funny. If that's the joke, then sorry for calling it out and possibly ruining it.

The transcribing part was legit and not mockery. I have no idea how you guys can't understand the majority of what he's saying, and that lack of understanding means I'll go to such lengths.

But yeah it's probably a lot easier to understand him for you since your accent is more like his than ours is. You are like the middle ground between him and us (Americans, I mean) 

His is honestly one of the thickest accents I ever heard in English.

There are more incomprehensible people, to be sure. I can understand most of what Americans say in their various accents, but that might just be exposure to American television.
