WHAT!? I watched it with two of my friends and we all were sure she was dead. And then someone on facebook said the same. So yeah, if they didn't kill themselves than that was just a puppying ridiculously poorly handled cliff hanger. puppy.

IT was almost literally a cliff hanger, wasn't it?

It seemed like suicide to me, and I don't see many sources arguing the point. The general consensus is that she killed herself.

Seriously? If she killed herself we would have seen the repercussions of both her death and Reek's death. She landed in snow.

You can't kill two stark (familyish) people in two different scenes because like

I don't even think Jon snow is dead either because Melisandre was SO OBVIOUSLY back at the Wall when she's one of the few people that actually understands the white walkers are nothing to puppy with. She has no reason to go back there.

I honestly don't care how Stannis was handled, I was never impressed by his conquest and he became shit after he killed his brother, tbh. Like Shireen's death was puppying awful but how do people forget he killed his own brother? Brienne got him. Fine. Who cares.

Sucks for arya because she is a badass but J'qhar is right, she never let go of her old self so she wasn't ready. Gotta play by the rules of you wanna play the game.

Oh wait, I read this all out of context. I thought we were talking about Selyse Baratheon, whose suicide I doubted somewhat for a moment. Wasn't paying enough attention to your conversation ugh. I blame tiredness for my being lazy. I didn't realise people thought Sansa and Theon's jump was suicide, and so that never even occurred to me. I saw suicide talk and immediately thought of Selyse.

Also lmao Tyrion, Jorah + co would not make it out of that arena. That whole scenario feels like a silly crossover now. Tyrion hanging out with Danaerys was rad, but I'm not entirely digging it from a realism point of view. That was the biggest bullshit of the episode over anything else. Stannis's storyline I don't care much about. I feel like it should have leapt immediately into a civil war, with the remaining assassins killing off the remaining supporters of Danaerys. They've been putting their lives on the line for this long, so it doesn't make sense for them to just scatter after the dragon pisses off.

Theon's return felt somewhat sudden, suffering from lack of obvious foreshadowing. I never got a sense of a bond strengthening between Theon and Sansa leading up to this moment. Like if Theon had given her some more lingering thoughtful looks toward the end of their scenes together, maybe that would have sufficed. To show that he still feels some responsibility to her, and isn't just a frightened dog. Maybe those signs were there though, but subtly enough that I didn't catch them while watching casually.

I don't even think Jon snow is dead either because Melisandre was SO OBVIOUSLY back at the Wall when she's one of the few people that actually understands the white walkers are nothing to puppy with. She has no reason to go back there.

It's not mentioned in the books TV show, but she finds that her magic is at it's most powerful at the wall. She doesn't really have many places she can go anyway.

Because magic works better around targaryens. But yeah, its clear something going to happen with Jon. There are lots of theories, from starting into ghost, to becoming a white, to resurrection via R'hllor. Who can say. It's such a bummer how Stannis has been written in the show, Stephen Dillane is such a good actor. But like, the thing with Renly for instance, in the books, after the shadow baby is born and kills him, Stannis is shattered. He knew what he was doing, but the reality of it, killing his brother, the brother he likes even is something he lives with for the rest of the books. That scene where they met, and their armies faced off. Renly searches through his cloak and pulls out a peach and offers it to Stannis as a symbol of peace. He thinks about it often. That's a recurring thing with how he's written in the show, they take scenes and just take out his redeeming qualities to make him a less nuanced character.

So Cerci actress had a body double in her walk of shame scene. They digitally merged her head onto a double's body. Took 3 days to film, and Cerci, i think, did the exact same scene as the double, but instead wore like, a skin suit? Idk.
