Tired of seeing/hearing about deaths...

Three-ish years ago, I lost my uncle to poor health. Barely a year passes by and my cousin is stabbed by his fiance. And a year barely passes by, I lose my own dad to poor health as well.

I loved my cousin to death. I considered him and his younger brother more like brothers to me then cousins. I don't know why Chris' fiance decided to do it, but whatever the reason, she was on drugs no doubt. She's still in jail, I think. Haven't heard anything for awhile now. :/

I wasn't very close to my uncle and before he passed away, I saw him at the place that I was working at. That was the last time I got to see him, sadly.

Then there's the issue of my dad's death. We were extremely close and he was the only reason I was able to keep going. Had he decided to abandon my brother and I, I wouldn't be here. I wouldn't be here due to the abuse my 'mom' made me suffer through for nearly 16 years of my life. Sigh

anyways, that's my sad little life as of right now. Yay.

I don't believe I've ever seen you post here (of course you are welcome to talk about your problems), are you a friend of another member? If so, they might be able to help more than anyone else or myself, but if it's ok I can offer some advice.

First of all I'm sure everyone here is very sorry for your loss and would be willing to help you in what ways they can, myself included. Of course, if you need immediate help dealing with your mother I would contact someone at school, a neighbor you trust, or anyone close to you asap if you're comfortable with that. I don't know if you go to church or a religious institution, but they can offer a lot of assistance and have a community you can go to for emotional support. Like I said, we can all be here for you but if you need a place to turn to that offers physical support those are your best options. Again, feel free to post more if you want.

I echo Knuckle's sentiments. I'll admit I'm curious as to who you are and how you found us, but I won't pry. We're here to listen, if you're here to talk.

I'm sorry to hear that this happened to you, and we're all here for you if you need us or if there's anything you need from us.

Keep hanging in there, alright? I'm sure there are a lot of people who would hate to see you go too. Your life is only sad for the moment.
