Something rather embarrassing happened during physical therapy today. I was in the gym doing some standing when my pants (which are quite loose on me since my weight loss) slid down to my knees. And before you ask no I was not wearing boxers or briefs or any other type of undergarments. Thankfully I was the only patient in there at the time.

Good News Everyone! I had my monthly assessment in physical therapy today and they said that I've made a "Drastic improvement" in standing that we are going to move to the next step which is marching in place.

Quick recommendation, 1) Make sure you vet your tattoo artist, look at their previous work, look at their workstation, make sure everything is clean and sterile.  If they won't show you previous work, find someone else.

 

2)Get it in henna where you think you want it for a month or so and make sure you like it.

I need help making a decision. Recently (last Wednesday in fact) I was moved to a new room in the rehab center. It's not bad except for the television. In my old room I had a rather large standard definition tv however in my new room I have to endure watching a tiny monstrosity from the mid 90's. It's not a big deal except it doesn't have the Red, Yellow and White connection port I need to connect my Roku so my question is....

 

Should I risk having my Sweet HDTV from my Apartment brought to me here or just slum it with an inferior set?
