We also played this silly "dart" game where you would mimic blowing a dart at someone (when you made eye contact with them) and if they weren't "blocking" then you were frozen.

Also this game called ninja that involved standing in a circle and making singular rapid movements to hit the hands of someone else in the circle (one person would go at a time). We had rules for like evading but idk how it even worked anymore
