PotC was awesome. Good conclusion (I hope) to the series, But like almost any movie, it could've been done better.

Not a big fan of F4, didn't see the first one, but Silver Surfer looks really cool, so I might check it out afterall.

and HP, yeah that's another good one to look out for.

PotC3 was pretty good, it would have been the perfect movie if it was 40 minutes shorter, though.
