Exactly. Though I personally prefer white rice in chinese food rather than the normal orange rice when eating mexican food.

I know this one Chinese restaurant that has the best Peiking( not sure if that's spelled right) dumplings that you can dip in soy sauce. They're the best! Thinking about them just makes my mouth water.

Chinese food has a lot of flavoring to it, which I like.
