I have windows media player, and an older version.

Why is it that media restricted to programs which are from this site ALWAYS SC's (I hope you know it by now. I explained it in another topic) Up on me?

I guess my computers' are very *Censored* up.

My Windows Media Player wasn't working with Hyrule Radio, but Winamp is.

You've got an older version? Thats probably it..unless it worked before, then I'm not sure. But I'de go with Zelda Girl's idea with the Winamp thing, I heard it works really well, even though my Windows Media Player works (so I don't need it).

ps: Actually, my Windows Media player isnt exactly in perfect working condition, I mean, it just got messed up cuz one day it wouldnt play AVI files anymore...which confused me and confuses me still. Luckily I got a program to plays AVI files

Regardless if you are using WMP or winamp, perhaps next time you should try getting the latest version of the software before complaining to us at this forum about how it doesnt work. That would be my first step.

for the record i have both winamp and WMP and although I use winamp more, i can connect to hyrules.nets' radio on both (and yes they are both up to date)

or, if you cant seem to manage that you could do a simple search on google for 'winamp' and bingo! its the first one.

Java is completely seperate and different from Flash, I'm not sure of the specifics, but Java is much better equiped for online functionality
