Water Temple, i was stuck on it for year and then i finally progressed through it, although i own at getting the goron trapped

Water Temple, and it's not called "Dark Hyrule Castle" it's called "Ganon's Castle".

No, in Minish Cap its DEark Hyrule Castle. It was pretty confusing. I forgot what temple it was, but in MC there is a temple where you gotta dig a bunch and I had the hardest time finding the Mole Mitts.
