Go to Walmart, buy this stuff called "EPOXY".... get the 3 minute fast setting kind.... sit behind them on the bus. Mix it up in a little container of some sort. Glob it all in their hair. in 3 minutes it will be solid as plastic and they will have to CUT their hair off. You might get suspended or something but you're only young once. Once you're older, this becomes ASSAULT. You can only do this when young... Okay..... I'm a HORRIBLE example.... >_>

P.S. Don't get it on yourself. It's messy. Before it sets it is kind of like tree sap: Hard to get off and nasty sticky. It's also useful if you bring things and need hard as a rock glue or filler. And it's pretty cheap.
