i doubt many of us remember the Commodre 64, but now we can relive the games it played on our wii's.

In the most recent issue of Nintendo Power, it has been reported that the Commodore 64 will join the NES, SNES, Nintendo 64, Sega Genesis, MSX and Turbografx 16 as one of the available platforms for the Wii Virtual Console.

And today i found that C64 games can now be bought for our virtual consoles. The commodre 64 is now on the virtual console and has been released with the 2 games, Uridium and International Karate.

The C64 was first released in 1982 and went on to sell an impressive 30 million units, despite still competition form the likes of the Sinclair ZX Spectrum and the Amstrad CPC 464.

if you don't believe that C64 games can now be played on our Wii's then you can check now on your Wii shop channels ;)
