This is something I've never thought of before. Lettuce is added to foods like tacos, hamburgers, salads, etc. I don't know anyone who eats lettuce with nothing else. Lettuce is too bland to eat alone, but still heathful.

actually lettuce is about 90%water so its not as healty as you think its not unhealthy but it doesnt give you much nutrients

but i will still munch it vigorously
