"Ai no Uta" is a song to Olimar from the perspective of a Pikmin, literally a love song to him (hence the title "Ai no Uta"). It was used in the Japanese commercial for Pikmin.

Ai no Uta (Song of Love)

Uprooted and I'll follow you home

Today we'll carry, fight, multiply and get eaten

Dug up, we will meet again and get thrown around

But we'll follow you around forever

It's time to play

Maybe we'll go quietly

Ah, ah, falling in love

Under the sky

On this planet so many lifeforms live

Today we'll carry, fight, multiply and get eaten

Dug up, we will meet again and get thrown around

But we won't ask you to love us

[instrumental break]

It's time to play

Next time, we'll try harder

Ah, ah, falling in love

Under the sky

We'll work together, fight and get eaten

But we'll follow you around forever

We'll fight silently and follow you

But we won't ask you to love us

"Tane no Uta" is a nursery rhyme of sorts, listing the color of the Pikmin and describing each of their unique characteristics. It was used in the Japanese commercial for Pikmin 2.

Tane no Uta (Song of Seeds)

Red Pikmin are strong against fire

Blue Pikmin won't drown

Yellow Pikmin jump really high

Purple Pikmin are the strong ones

White Pikmin are poisonous

You'll need a lot of Pikmin to survive

"Shaberu! DS Cooking Navi" is taken from the DS game Shaberu! DS Oryōri Navi, 'Navi' being short for 'Navigator' (the title means "It talks! DS Cooking Navigator"). It's not so much of a game as it is a cookbook for the DS.

And there is no Temple of Time or Gerudo Desert music in the game. I was hoping for "Gerudo Valley" to be reorchestrated or something. :/

Yikes. Kinda creepy. I'd be scared if I were Olimar.

uh.....what about Hyrule Castle (TP Version) (Original) or Ganon's theme? Or the theme that plays in the FINAL Final battle against Ganondorf?

No, they're not the same, because one goes: 'DADAAAAA!!!!!! (x3, emphasis on the third part) DO DO DOOOO DO DOOOO!!!!!' and the other one is like: 'Dun dun dundundun du du dun (x3) DOOOOOOO, DOOOOOOOO, DOODOODOODOOODOOOOO!!!!!!" (Repeat)

That's "The Village of the Blue Maiden", and it's from A Link to the Past, if I'm not mistaken.

Wasn't that song from Four Swords Adventures? I think it was the theme for the first of two villages in the game.

Anyway, another good song I forgot to mention is the Snowman theme. I think it's from Earthbound, but I'm not sure.

Snowman theme is in all three games.

I prefer the Menu 2 song over the default one. The default...I dunno. I just dont like it much.
