From what I've seen of Princess Zelda so far, I'm not sure I like her very much. . .

I wonder if the thing Link is about to fight in the screens with the wierd shield ( I hope thats not the mirror shield. . .) is perhaps dark ( or twilight) Link. . .?

umm....I think the castle's actually on fire

take another look- if you compare the smoke from the castle and that giant wall of twilight in the new opening scene trailer, you'll see the difference

plus I think I can see the glow of flames near the bases of some of those towers

As soon as I saw the third screenshot, why on earth did World of Warcraft suddenly got in my head?

God I love this game already.. I swear I'm so gonna buy it.. But on the Gamecube though.. don't have cash to buy it for the Wii, but I trust my big brother will buy a Wii and the game anyways, so I can try out there ..

official trailers and screenshots im still going to watch and look at, but walkthrough type spoilers from the people who got to play it for 48 hours im not.

you can see what was mentioned with zelda as well " she looks a similar age to link, but with the look of ruling a dying kingdom". Anyway, i think she looks prtty darn good, best zelda yet in my opinion (zelda herself AND the game)

this sounds pretty decent, from matt cassamassina assuming there are 10 temples in the game (including ganons tower) the following would make the MAIN part of the game (not including all the side quests) over 50 hours long (nintnedo said over 100 INCLUDING side quest).:

" I barely managed to squeak by two temples, with the third so far off that I could scarcely imagine getting there"

EDIT: nope wait, this is exlcusing side quests again (I think):

"asked how long it took Nintendo's testers to complete the entire game the first time through. The answer is a whopping 70-plus hours"

not a single bad word except the fact that there's no voice overs and full-motion cut scenes are still kept to a minimu, but that's zelda isn't it? same case as in ocarina of time...

Yeah, I thought it was on fire at first, but that wouldn't really make since. Maybe Ganondorf set it on fire and is doing his thing whil the twilight king is spreading portals and consuming Hyrule, and ganondorf just doesn't know about it, and ultimatly, The twilight king is doing much better than Ganondorf. . .
