The WindWaker was my favorite for various reasons. Not only did the nice Cellshaded graphics give you a happy mentality while keeping a silent air of epic proportions, but it managed to put so much detail into everything, that even to this day, I can see something and be like "Whoa... Never noticed that". The vast amount of land/sea to cover leave you with much time to explore, not to mention that almost each island had its own side quest, that would keep you busy for a while. The characterization and the facial expressions weren't a let down either. Hell. There was nothing that I found wrong with this game. Those of you who say that Wind Waker was lame just because the Cellshaded graphics are narrow minded.

I have to agree with Mr. Goron, it is probably the best one ever, but I can't quite get myself to like one game more than the other, you know? All are great, and have their own little things that make them different.

Mine is close I Like OoT and ALTTP but I ended up choosing OoT just because I put more time into it.

WW was good, hell they where all good, but i have to say that Oot was my fav, TP was good, and had alought of side dungeons and puzzles, but if my information is right, Oot was one of the first (idk if it's 2d or 3d but i'll say 2d) games involving zelda, and it had a storyline i will never forget, from the death of the deku tree, to the fight with Ganon.
