Display Name Change time REDUCED

The time period in which you can change your display name has been reduced to 90 days or 3 months. It remains at 1 change within the time period. It is 3 months time period for each change that way we do NOT have constant name changes to where everyone gets confused on whom is whom.

ya I had a hard time deciding... was 183 days... I changed to 31 days then I thought (and adr990) that people would change names a lot so I changed to 51 then to 90.

I'm glad that's it's been reduced. When I tried to change my screen name a while ago, I couldn't because it hadn't been 180 days yet. As soon as I found out it had been reduced I changed it.
