This. She was more or less a one-shot character who will not really hold the place in another game. Her little story was complete, it would be absurd if she did. But that's just my two cents.

I personally hated Midna. She was way more annoying than Navi ever was. Her laugh was anyway. She was also a b**** until the end of the game.

I foresee a game based around the Twilight Realm and Midna, but she will never be your sidekick again. Probably what will happen is Link will have to go into the Twilight Realm and find Midna in trouble. He'll save her, she'll thank him, and then we can finally say goodbye to her for good.
