Posted 11 Sep 2008 (edited) I recently joined this site thinking what probably all innocent Moms think,that its just Zelda website it can't be that bad (Fyi I'm not a mom I'm a 15 year old boy who was using an example ) But then was shocked at the FILTH in a Nintendo video game site!!!I mean why does a rared T game have to have a rated A site!Did the creaters help make South Park or something?Are they German?And not to mention the wild west!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.....yes I used a lot of (!) Posted 11 Sep 2008 What do you mean what's wrong with this site? Are you referring to the Pornography thread in the Serious Discussions forum? If you are, there is absolutely NO porn there! It is only a discussion about it. Also, the Wild West is not moderated. It's not intended to be kid-friendly or appropriate. Even in there, however, still no porn. Posted 12 Sep 2008 Actually I wonder what the media would say (Or worse yet Oprah ) to a nearly pornographic video game website!Now I know it sounds crazy but look at some of the titles on threads even out of the wild west!And then you'll see how this idea fits!!! Worst Of All! I've seen several FILTHY pictures in signatures and Lord knows what I'll find if I look around enough!!! Not to mention all curse words are 100% allowed! This site is doomed to Hell! Not exactly all curse words are allowed. Occasional minor ones are ok, I guess. Give an example of filthy pictures in signatures, please. I highly doubt dirty pictures in signatures are allowed. And the only things that are even remotely close to anything sexual are probably only The Gay Marriages, Sex Outside of Marriage, and Views on Pornography threads. All in serious discussion section. Actually, If I've seen the f or c words (the bad one, not the one used in the simpsons), I censor them and the user gets a warning, because they shouldn't be using them. Also, the Wild West has a password for a REASON. Unless you WANT to see all the crap in there, you have been warned. It's not WW that's filthy, it's you for wanting to venture into it. If you are shocked by the mild topics, then you need to get out into the real world. It's filled with A LOT Worse stuff than we post on here. And being German has nothing to do with south park...or "pervertedness" for that matter. And on top of that you are a 15 year old boy! You should embrace all that is perverted!! (well, not literally) I'm guessing You are either home schooled and have never been exposed to the world as it is, or you really are a mom. I THINK WE HAVE OUR NEW ANTIPERV!! Posted 13 Sep 2008 The site does have an occational problem or two, but nothing close to pornography. As has already been said, the topic is a discussion/debate about if it's acceptable or not. As for the swearing thing, I have actually seen some members and even some moderators use some pretty bad words. It hasn't been as bad recently, but it's still there.
