Here's some advice for your site:

1) Take away the little alert box that pops up when you go to the homepage that says "Welcome to Twilight City". Those things are extremely annoying, it's a noob thing from the 1990's.

2) Get a better host that allows PHP and MySQL and host the forums on your own site. You'll be glad you did later.
