It's good for taking mp3s and the like and changing them into downloadable ringtones.

Totally free, it'll convert your song and then allow you to clip it anywhere to any length.

They ask you for your number, just to set up an account, and then leave you alone.

Olol is this advertising? I hope it's not against the rules or whatnot. But it's a really good site. I use it a lot.
