ok so where i live it's stormy and warm and i have a very sensitive head, usually before a lightning storm i get a bad headache and this time the heat is making it worse

any suggestions on getting it to stop? :embarrassed:

ps cold seems to make it less severe so rite now i have a bag of frozen peas on my head

I have 2 things.

1. Live in a freezer.

2. Put ice in a bag and put it on your head.

I guess you have to life with it.

And that headache isn't about temperature... but about the air pressure in the sky.. :)

Though if a bag of frozen peas works for you it is great! :)
