It's a big red rectangle. Is this supposed to tell us anything useful?

Its a ratio. See the very top left hand corner for the things its compared too.

im guessing ns = nanosecond and ms = millisecond

Well yeah, that's actually the point of having a cache etc. isn't it? :)
