The Wii Shop Channel has been Updated!

So again, I've made a little note after the jump for Homebrew users.

But most important, more information about this new Wii Shop Channel!

Many of us were speculating why the Shop Channel was down on Oct. 20, and this might be our answer.

On September 1st, 2009, Nintendo changed the price of the Internet Channel from 500 Wii Points to 0 Wii Points. Customers who had previously used 500 Wii Points to download the Internet Channel to their Wii console, will now offered the opportunity to download for 0 Wii Points, one NES game of their choice (valued at 500 Wii Points) from the Virtual Console catalog.
