TP hyrule town chest

So...

I finished TP...( first time) really liked the entire game!

and uhm...

discovered there are a LOT of things i didn't see before: bugs, hearts, underground tunnels, caves...

and ow the race with the yeti:p cool

anyway...

i'm stuck here:

when you go in hyrule town..

then to the south exit: you see a goron and a rock... stairs..a fountain..you know??

and during day, that bug princess is searching for bugs...

anyway..there are two ' towers" immediately after you exit: you watch the goron..

then look,up: there are ropes connecting the roofs of the tower with the wall behind you

one of them leads to a chest... the toweron the right has that red spot so you can hookshot to it..then drop down, and you can do something with that crazy item ( to spi,, forgot the name...ypou needed it to beat stallord))

and uhm..how the hellll

do i reach..that chest???

plz only serious answers..no sarcastic answers from people with no life that spend whole day one zelda forums and have finished every zelda game 25 times...

and think this is obvious..

Just get 2 bugs and your fine, or get that chest you need the clawshot/s for while jumping in that big hole ot Lake Hylia, right by that chest we're talking about.
