We now have a Chatroom Bot!

There is now a chatroom bot. (Still gotta test it IN the Chatroom, though..)

You can use !help to see all the stuff you can do with it.

The commands can only be accessed via usage of mIRC or PJIRC, but I can start a game if wanted, if I'm there. I'll work on seeing if I can do anything..
