I found a cool program called phonegap. BUT to install, you have to use a makefile. In windows. Which is IMPOSSIBLE!

I look for a program to make a makefile. CYGWIN looked good. But it doesn't install all the resources.

RAWR! This is frustrating. Help would be appreciated.

Well it's SUPPOSED to make iPhone, android, and blackberry apps but it doesn't
